About the Event

Join us for this grounded, nourishing, full day retreat for women in celebration of Mother's Day. We believe that every woman carries the mother within her: the one who soothes, who protects, who loves without condition. Today we turn that tenderness inward. We call this meeting the inner beloved, the practice of coming home to yourself, not the self you are striving to become, but the one who is already here, already whole, already worthy of love.

We all carry a story about who we are and what we deserve. Often, it formed before we had words for it, shaped by the environment we grew up in and the ways we learned to stay safe and connected.

This retreat is an invitation to bring that story into the light. Through Compassionate Inquiry®, Shamanic Breathwork, journaling, and sharing, we will explore the core limiting beliefs that quietly shape how we relate to ourselves and others. We will look at where they came from, what they have been protecting us from, and what becomes possible when we stop fighting them.

These beliefs were adaptations. And when we can meet them with curiosity rather than shame, something shifts. Space opens. We breathe again.

You will leave with a clearer sense of what has been running the show beneath the surface, tools to recognise and work with these patterns in daily life, and a little more ease in your own skin.

A high-vibe yummy lunch included.

Come as you are. You belong here.

Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychosomatic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that gently uncovers the unconscious dynamics and core beliefs driving our thoughts, behaviours, and patterns. Rather than analysing the mind, it invites us to follow the body, the emotions, and the somatic stories we carry, and to meet them with curiosity and compassion. Over time, it brings you back to yourself. You begin to recognise your patterns, understand where they come from, and live from a more authentic, conscious place.

Shamanic Breathwork™ (SBW) is a dynamic technique that uses breath, chakra-attuned music, art and energetic bodywork to enter a naturally induced altered state of consciousness and invoke a personal journey. From this space of non-ordinary reality, your higher self (or inner shaman) will help you access your own innate wisdom and lead you through whatever experiences you need for your highest growth and healing.*

*Note1:

Shamnic Breathwork/Conscious Connected Breathing can bring up strong physical and emotional experiences. To better hold and support you, your journey and your transformative process, please inform us if you are currently experiencing or have experienced the following conditions: cardio-vascular problems, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy, or psychosomatic, mental health, other physical limitations, or emotional problems.
