F.A.Q.

What should I expect during a Body Work session? During a bodywork session, you’ll lie on a comfortable table, fully clothed or covered by a blanket, depending on the techniques we’ll use. I may use a combination of gentle pressure, stretching, and specific techniques to help you reconnect with your body and release stored tension. Each session is unique, guided by your needs and comfort.

Is Bodywork painful or uncomfortable? Bodywork is generally gentle and should not cause pain. Our approach involves mindful, gradual techniques that help your body release tension without discomfort. However, you may feel some initial tightness as tension areas are addressed, which should ease as the session progresses.

Can Bodywork help with specific injuries or chronic pain? Yes, Bodywork can be particularly effective for those experiencing chronic pain or recovering from injuries. Please consult with your healthcare provider to determine if Bodywork is suitable for your specific condition.

Do I need to prepare anything before my session? No special preparation is required, but it’s helpful to arrive a few minutes early to center yourself and relax before the session. Staying hydrated and wearing comfortable clothing can also enhance your experience.
