Silent Retreat November

This silent retreat was created for those who wish to take a time to pause, to turn inward.

It is an invitation to simplictiy. More than just being silent, the retreat offers you a self-exploration experience to integrate what needs to be integrated from life, to process your thoughts in a calm, helpful way.

You will be able to take the energy you usually dedicate to communication and interaction with others and direct it inward.

This five day retreat includes 3 full days of silence and practice. The first evening is to arrive and settle and last morning is to integrate and go back to "life".

It is a beautiful introduction to the practice of silence for neophyte.

You may be uncomfortable with the silence at first, but you will find that it allows you to recognise and process your most uncomfortable and usually undiscovered thoughts and feelings. You will be able to process both negative and positive thoughts during the whole of your experience. An invitation to be curious and observing what unfolds.

The location is set in a beautiful retreat space in Lake Ohau Quarters. Away from all stimulation, allow yourself to settle back into nature.
