About the Event
In this 2h workshop, we invite you to reconnect with the wisdom of your body and rediscover the profound relationship between your physical sensations and emotional well-being. Through guided somatic practices, you'll learn how to cultivate presence, release stored tension, and access the deep healing potential within.
This workshop is centered on my Compassionate Inquiry training (Dr Gabor Mate's appraoch to trauma and healing) and my knowledge about the Nervous System, Polyvagal Therory and more. It offers a safe, nurturing space to slow down, tune into your body’s signals, and explore the messages it has been holding. By fostering greater body awareness, you’ll develop tools for self-regulation, resilience, and emotional balance. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, or simply looking to deepen your connection to yourself, this experience will guide you toward embodied healing and personal growth.
What to expect:
- An introduction to the nervous system and how it relates to trauma and healing.
- Insights on how trauma is stored in the body and ways to safely release it.
- Guided somatic practices to bring you into the present moment.
- Techniques for listening to your body’s signals and accessing deeper emotional awareness.
