CANCELLATION POLICY

​

• A 24 hours notice needs to be given in advance when you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.

• If you cancel your appointment within less than 24 hours, you are liable for 50% of the booked service. If you do not show up for your appointment your are liable for 100% of the booked service.

 

SERVICES

• You understand that if you are late, that time is lost and will result in a shorter appointment.

• My services are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment.  It is recommended to see a qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment that you may have.

• You will present all known medical conditions and answer all questions honestly during your initial consultation.

• You will keep me updated if there are any changes in your medical condition. I will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by you if you fail to communicate a change in your medical condition.

PAYMENT

 

Payments must be made via bank transfer or cash. Payment in full must be received at the end of each session.
