Somatic Compass
Let your body show the way
Four evenings to understand your nervous system, the story it carries, and how to work with it, in a small circle.
18th November to 9th December 2026 · 6.30pm to 8.30pm · $480, payment plan available

Your nervous system is on your side.
It has been working for you every second of your life, doing its very best
to keep you safe. Sometimes it's a little too good at its job, and keeps
protecting you from things that aren't dangerous anymore.
The good news? Once you understand how it works, and what shaped it
along the way, you can start working with it. Your capacity can grow, at
any age, step by step.
What a dysregulated nervous system can look like
Stuck in “go”
Your mind won't
switch off. You can't
rest, even on holiday,
and small things feel
like emergencies.
Shut down
You feel flat, foggy, far
away. Starting
anything feels like
wading through mud.
A bit of both
Wired but tired. You
know what you need
to do and you just
can't move.
In your body
You wake up tired.
Headaches, a reactive gut, aches that hang around long after they should have
settled.
With others
You say yes when you
mean no, and read a
message three times
before you send it.
Every single one is a way your nervous system has found to protect you. They all make sense once you can see the map.
I've been there too

In the past, I was stressed, anxious, and so cut off from my body that I barely noticed what it was trying to tell me. I said yes when I meant no, carried the weight of toxic shame, and felt that life was something that simply happened to me.

I still get triggered today, some situations and some people still know exactly where to find me. The difference is that I can now notice what is happening, take a step back, and gradually find my footing again.

This shift came from years of learning how the nervous system works, how trauma, attachment and shame shape our lives and, above all, of practising, again and again, in my own body.

Four weeks cannot replace that journey, and I would never pretend otherwise. What I can offer you is a solid beginning, explored together in a small circle, so that some of it truly takes root.

Each evening follows the Compass
01
Understanding
Clear explanations, everyday examples, every idea linked to the
last. Expect lots of “and that's why…”.
02
Awareness
What's happening in my body, right now? “I feel anxious” instead of “I am anxious”.

03
Regulate
The heart of the evening:
orienting, breathing, gentle movement. Your pace, always.

04
Integrate
A handout and one small practice for the week, so it doesn't stay in your head.

“Trauma is not what happens to you: it is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you.”
Gabor Maté
Each week builds on the one before
week 1
Your nervous system

week 4
Coming home
Younger parts, self-inquiry, and your
own toolbox

What you'll leave with on 9th December
⊱ A map you can actually use. You'll know which state you're in, and why, without having to look it up.
⊱ Awareness. You'll be able to notice what's happening in your body and what you feel, without drowning in it, and say "I feel anxious" rather than "I am anxious".

⊱ A clearer view of your story. You'll understand your attachment style, as a strategy rather than a label, and see how your past shows up in your present, so you can start telling then from now.
⊱ An introduction to self-inquiry. A simple, gentle way to meet your everyday triggers with curiosity instead of judgement.

⊱ Resources that work for you. Orienting, breathing, gentle movement, and the ones you'll discover for your own body along the way.

⊱ Your own Somatic Compass. A personal toolbox, step by step, so you can keep going on your own.
⊱ A circle. People who walked these four weeks with you, a WhatsApp group to stay connected, and a handout each week to keep.
Questions you might have
Do I need to have done your nervous system workshop? No. It helps, but it isn't essential. We go over the basics every week, so you won't feel lost, and your questions will be just as welcome.
Is this therapy? No. It's a small group where you learn, practise and share. It can be deeply supportive, but it isn't individual therapy, and we won't dig into difficult memories if you don't want to. If you'd like to go further one-on-one, I offer individual sessions too.
Can I talk about my own situation? Yes, during the sharing time and in pairs, as much or as little as you like. We work with small, everyday moments rather than big painful stories, because that's how your nervous system learns safely. You never have to share anything you don't want to.
What if I feel overwhelmed during a session? You can pause, step back, open your eyes, or simply sit and listen at any time. We go slowly, resources always come first, and I'm right there with you. Your pace is the right pace.
What if I miss a week? Being there for all four evenings really matters. Each week builds on the one before, and the circle grows its trust together, so your presence counts, for you and for everyone else. Of course, life happens. If an emergency keeps you away, you'll still get that week's handout and practice, and you can ask your questions in the WhatsApp group. Please check the four dates before you sign up.
I've already tried a lot. What's different here? I can't promise this will be the answer, and I'd be wary of anyone who did. What this circle brings together is understanding what's happening in your nervous system, feeling it in your body, and practising it with others, week after week. For many people, that's the missing piece: your head already understands, and your body finally gets to experience it.
Why in person rather than online? Because nervous systems regulate each other. Sitting in a room with other people, being seen and heard, is part of the practice, and a screen can only offer part of that.
What do I need to bring? Comfortable clothes, and anything that helps you feel at ease. The room has bolsters and blankets, and there's a warm herbal tea waiting for you every evening. You'll get a handout each week, but if you love your own journal, bring a notebook and pen too.
How much is it, and can I pay in instalments? $480 for the four sessions, that's $120 a week, handouts and WhatsApp group included. You can pay in one go, in two or 4 instalments. If you've joined one of my workshops, your $55 is credited towards the programme, so it's $425 for you.
Can I get a refund? Because the circle is small and every place matters, signing up means committing to all four sessions, including if you've chosen a payment plan. If you change your mind before 13th November, you'll get a full refund. After that, I can't offer refunds, but if something serious comes up, talk to me and we'll find a solution together, for example a place in a future circle.
